Here are some pictures from our training camp for Cris leading up to her fight with Hitomi Akona. Helping her prepare are her teammates Fabricio Werdum, and Fernando “Pretty Boy” Bettega. The training routine consisted of agility exercises to imporve footwork and reaction, strength training, grip work to improve grip strenght, and lots of cardio!
