At AHM our Philosopy is “Hard training, easy combat; easy training, hard combat“Marshal Suvorov. Regardless of your sport everytime you step on the field or into the ring you go to war. Our goal is to send you thier prepared.
Whether you are a seasoned pro athlete or a weekend warrior, everyone needs a coach to push them. We WILL push you beyond anything you thought you could do. It will be hard, it will sometimes hurt but we won’t let you quit, and that is what will make you succeed!!
The training style that we use at AHM is a Hybrid blend of numerous styles. We take exercises and workouts from traditional weight lifting, olympic lifting, martial arts, gymnastics, yoga , and many other sources and combine them to creat a workout that is specifically tailored to you and your sport.
